About Rhysora
Rhysora is a product of Wilrhys Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15731165), with registered office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
Nature of the product
Rhysora generates fully-synthetic patient records from published reference sources. Rhysora output contains no real patient data at any stage. It is intended for research, methodology development, EHR and analytical system testing, training and education, and similar non-clinical secondary uses.
Rhysora is not real patient data. It must not be used to inform decisions about real patients. It must not be substituted for real-world evidence where regulators or other authorities require real data. It is not a clinical decision-support tool. It must not be used in direct patient care.
Use of this website
rhysora.com provides information about the Rhysora product. Access to the product itself is through separate licensing arrangements. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to supply, and commercial licences are negotiated individually.
You may view, print, and share the content of this website for personal reference and professional evaluation. You may not scrape, republish, or systematically extract the site's contents without permission.
Intellectual property
All content on rhysora.com — including text, logos, diagrams, and the underlying methodology — is owned by Wilrhys Limited or used with permission, and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.
Data generated by the Rhysora product is subject to the commercial licence under which it is supplied. Licences are issued on a per-engagement basis. Typical licence terms permit internal use for defined purposes; redistribution, resale, or public release of generated data requires separate permission.
Accuracy and fit-for-purpose
Rhysora is built on published reference sources and undergoes routine adversarial review. However, no synthetic dataset can be guaranteed to be fit for every possible analytical use case. Before relying on Rhysora output for any specific purpose, users are expected to verify that the dataset is appropriate for that purpose and to apply their own validation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilrhys Limited and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Use of the rhysora.com website or reliance on its content
- Use of Rhysora generated data beyond the terms of the relevant commercial licence
- Use of Rhysora generated data in real clinical, patient care, or regulatory submission contexts where it is explicitly not intended
This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of rhysora.com or Rhysora products.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one shown here. Your continued use of the website after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
